Well...I am hoping you are one of the many of the undervalued, overworked and underpaid in the care sector. If you a care assistant, nursing or midwifery auxillary or home carer then feel free to make yourself at home. I have created this site for you as I as amazed at how few forums there were for us! My personal background is quite wide ranging. Over ten years I myself have been a care assistant, nursing auxillary, student nurse and registered manager. I am currently a Care Supervisor in a large Residential Home. Now that is a little bit about me. Why not hope over to the welcomes section and tell me a bit about you?
